Dear friends,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a special moment in my life with all of you – my wedding, which is set to take place on January 31, 2024. I sincerely apologize for not being able to extend the invitation to many of you sooner. Please understand that it's not a matter of forgetting you, nor does it reflect any change in our friendship.
Over the past few years, life's demands have led to a decrease in our communication. I hesitated to reach out through messages, fearing it might seem abrupt, and calling felt like it might create an awkward situation. Some of you are former classmates, friends, or colleagues, while others I've had the pleasure of meeting more recently. Some friendships have evolved from acquaintances to close bonds, and others have taken the reverse journey.
Therefore, I've decided to share this joyous news through this post, in the hope that if you come across it and happen to be free on that day, you can join me in celebrating this special moment. It has been a while since we last met, and sitting down to chat, raising a toast together, would mean a lot to me.
Additionally, after the Chinese New Year, I will be returning to Shenzhen. I plan to host a meal for friends who may not be able to attend the wedding due to distance. I would love for you to be a part of it, and we can finalize the details when I'm back in Shenzhen.
