OMATE and ŌURA Announce Patent License Agreement for Next-Generation Smart Ring Innovations

Shenzhen, October 21, 2025 - OMATE, a technology company specializing in AI-powered wearables, and ŌURA, maker of the world’s most trusted smart ring, today announced a multi-year patent license agreement. This agreement grants OMATE access to a portion of ŌURA’s extensive portfolio of patented technologies, ensuring that future OMATE ring developments can incorporate the smart ring form factor pioneered by ŌURA.

The agreement underscores a commitment to ethical innovation in the wearable space, fostering consumer choice while respecting intellectual property rights.

The agreement aligns with ŌURA’s ongoing efforts to protect its intellectual property while promoting industry growth. ŌURA has successfully licensed its patents to other innovators, reinforcing its role as a collaborative force in the $50 billion wearable market.
