What is intelligent lighting control system ?

IOTCOMM,which supplies intelligent remote control system for outdoor lighting, which is called SEMS.
Here I'm glad to give you a brief introduction to you,hope you'll like it.

SEMS is a revolutionary telemanagement system for monitoring, controlling, metering and diagnosing outdoor lighting,
including road lights, street lights, urban lights, tunnel lights, solar-powered street lights, highbay or canopy lights.
There are SEMS Power line and SEMS Wireless for different applications.
∗ The system use PLC or Zigbee technologies to remotely manage and control the outputs of individual lighting points,
and GPRS technology between system Server and Data Concentrators (i.e. a main controller to manage all data and
orders between individual lighting points and system Server.).
∗ Each light can be dimmed using automatic profiles to match the specific requirements of the surrounding area
throughout the night. At the users command, such as in the event of an emergency, lights can be brought back up
to full brightness at the touch of a button, from either a computer, laptop, or smart phone.
∗ Every lighting point within the inventory is remotely monitored, with any faults being reported to the specified
user(s) via scheduled email or mobile phone message. Reports in excel or graph formats, detailing the energy usage
of each light, or a particular group of lights, are also available.

SEMS PLC street light monitoring system is made up by software, concentrator, terminal controller (single lamp controller, double lamps controller).It is installed in the distribution cabinet, and the terminal controller is installed in the lighting terminal. The concentrator controller proceeds with communication via GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA wireless network or cable network & monitor center.
The terminal controller proceeds with communication via PLC. Concentrator controller can control each terminal controller via receiving、executing、forwarding PC management software, which can control each lamp’s switching on /off or dimming, then save electric energy. It can also monitor the lamps’ electric energy to achieve failure lamps function. Concentrator controller can built-in DO to achieve street light loop control, it can connect with other equipment to collect local illumination、temperature and other information, feedback to PC management software and achieve to monitor the current information.
