Genew Technologies Concludes Successful Participation at Broadband Expo 2026

Genew Technologies has successfully concluded its participation in the first-ever Broadband Expo 2026, held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) and organized by the Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh. The event brought together key stakeholders from across the broadband and ICT ecosystem, highlighting the future of connectivity in Bangladesh.

Throughout the exhibition, Genew’s booth attracted strong interest from ISP operators, industry professionals, and technology enthusiasts. Visitors showed particular enthusiasm for the company’s Smart Optical Network solutions based on Gigabit Passive Optical Network, where high-end OLT and ONT systems demonstrated Genew’s capability to deliver scalable, high-speed broadband infrastructure. Dhaka, January 2026 — Genew Technologies marked a strong and successful presence at the Digital Device & Innovation Expo 2026, held from 28 January to 31 January in Dhaka. Organized under the theme “Bangladesh To the World,” the exhibition brought together more than 100 global brands across 70 pavilion stalls, highlighting the country’s growing role in the global digital and technology ecosystem.

The expo was officially inaugurated by Chief Adviser Dr. Mohammad Yunus, who attended as the chief guest of the opening ceremony. From October 22 to 23, 2025, the IDECS 2025 was grandly held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. At booth K6, Genew Technologies showcased its latest achievements in the fields of smart optical networks and smart emergency communications, attracting significant attention from numerous industry professionals.

During the event, the Genew Technologies booth received visits from telecom operators, government agencies, and industry clients from around the world. Through physical product displays, system demonstrations, and on-site explanations, guests gained a more intuitive understanding of Genew's technical capabilities and localized service support.

The Smart Emergency Communications System unveiled in the Smart Emergency zone became a highlight. Integrating six types of transmission methods, including satellite communications, cellular networks, and drone collaboration, the system can rapidly deploy vehicle-mounted mobile networks at disaster sites, enabling emergency communication and coordinated dispatch in scenarios with disrupted terrestrial networks, power outages, and damaged roads. The concurrently exhibited LBS-U2000P series portable command case integrates video transmission, GIS dispatch, and multi-screen collaboration functions, enabling multi-level coordination between the field and command centers via satellite/5G/MESH self-organizing network links.

Looking ahead, Genew Technologies will continue to focus on core areas such as optical networks and emergency communications. From October 21 to 23, 2025, Genew participated in MWC 2025 Kigali, a premier global annual event in the field of communication technology, held at the Kigali Convention Centre in Rwanda, Africa. As a leader in communication solutions, Genew made a notable appearance at Booth 512 under the theme "Empowering Africa's Digital Prosperity, Co-creating a Blueprint for Scalable Growth." The company showcased innovative solutions in optical networking, smart mining, smart emergency response, and core networks, engaging in in-depth technical exchanges with enterprise representatives from various African countries.

During the event, Genew comprehensively demonstrated its technical strengths through physical displays and scenario-based explanations. In the optical networking domain, the company presented end-to-end solutions spanning from access to transmission.
