Soundproof Ultrasonic Welding Machine – Overview

A quick look at one of our ultrasonic welding machines with soundproof enclosure.

Ultrasonic welding horn testing before delivery.

Every horn we make needs to be tested on the ultrasonic welding machine. We check the frequency, power and working condition during the test, and the data is saved in the HMI record page.

These records help us analyze the horn performance and find possible problems before the horn is shipped.

The final purpose is to make sure the horn works stably and reliably when it is installed on the customer's production line.

Another custom automation machine is ready for delivery.

Vibratory bowl feeding, multi-station rotary table, automatic sprue removal, scrap collection and conveyor unloading are all integrated into one system.

Output: around 2,000 pcs/hour.

We tested and adjusted the machine many times before delivery. Small problems found during continuous running were corrected one by one until the whole process became stable.
