S9k S9 SE Hash Board Repair the tutorial
Content of this book: It mainly describes the troubleshooting of various faults of S9k and S9 SE operation board, and how to use the single board test fixture for accurate positioning.
Scope: Applicable to all S9k, S9 SE production, after-sales, outsourced maintenance site
I. Maintenance platform requirements:
1. Constant temperature iron (350-400 degrees), pointed iron head is used for welding patch resistance, capacitance and other small patches.
2. Hot air duct is used for chip disassembly and welding. Pay attention not to heat for a long time to avoid PCB blistering.
3, APW3++ power supply (output 12V, 133A Max), used for computing board test and measurement.
4, multimeter, emitter, V9 test device (conditionally configurable oscilloscope).
5, flux, wash plate water plus absolute alcohol; Plate washing water is used to clean welding residue and appearance after maintenance.
6, planting tin jig, planting tin steel mesh, tin paste; When replacing a new chip, the chip must be tinned.
7. Heat conduction vinyl, used for reattaching the heat sink after maintenance.
Two, the operation requirements:
1, maintenance personnel must have certain electronic knowledge, more than one year maintenance experience, QFN packaging welding technology master.
2, after maintenance operation board must be tested more than twice for OK, can pass!
3. Pay attention to the operation method when replacing the chip. There is no obvious deformation of the PCB board after replacing any parts.
4, determine the maintenance station object and the corresponding test software parameters, test tools.
5. Check whether the tool and fixture can work normally.
(is the power output consistent with the configuration file of the fixture? Different BIN levels and chip packaging modes need to correspond to the config and single-boardtest files of the single boardtest fixture program.)
