Business merger announcement

MyEinn PC TECH is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with ZED Tech, a leading provider of Ed-Tech and next gen educational supply company.
The merger with ZED Tech, based in Shenzhen, China, further strengthens our position in the technology market in Main Land China. The combination of ZED Tech’s experience in Educational supply and MyEinn PC TECH’s computer hardware and machine learning expertise will provide our clients with a whole new level of hardware integration and Ed-Tech solutions. This partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share.
ZED Tech is now a wholly owned subsidiary of MyEinn PC TECH’s Chinese name 深圳市买易赢硬件技术有限公司 (Shenzhen Buy Easy Win Hardware Technology Co., Ltd.) and MyEinn PC TECH will now be rebranded as ZED Tech Solutions.
