The battery cycle life test is the basis of Neware’s test equipment functions, 4000,5000, 6000, 8000, 9000 series can be implemented:
Battery cycle life test Principle:
For example, a lithium battery, the nominal charge and discharge cycle is not less than 80% of the nominal capacity after 500 times
1.Battery full charge to reach the rated voltage-4.2V;
2.Discharge the battery, cut off at 2.8V
3.Cycles (step 1&2)500 times
4.And then run charge and discharge for one time, the 501st discharge capacity compared with the original nominal capacity’s 80% to get the result

The actual battery capacity test is the basic function of Neware test equipment, 4000 5000 6000 8000 9000 IGBT7000 series can be realized today with our popular CT-4008Tn-5V6A-S1 test 18650 (2000mAh 3.7V)
The actual battery capacity test theory:
1, the battery is fully charged to reach the rated voltage, generally 4.2V; The cut-off current is generally set to 0.02C -- 0.05C.

2, the battery discharge, cut-off voltage is generally 2.8V. The discharge capacity in this step is the actual capacity of the battery.
