ZTT became a public company in 2002 (stock code: 600522) and was honored with the title “the first stock of special fiber optic cable in China”. ZTT specialized in the manufacturing of telecommunication optical cable, power cable, submarine cable and optical cable equipment. As the backbone of this public company, optical cable factory manufactures ZTT’s all kinds of optical cables, such as duct c
able, direct buried cable, ribbon cable, Figure-8 cable, ADSS, under-water cable, FTTx cable and so on. With the development of industrial scale and the market demand, optical cable factory now has six production bases in Nantong, Guangdong, Shenyang, Tianjin, Brazil and India. Nantong as the main workshop covers the largest area and is devided into three parts: conventional cable factory, special cable factory and FTTx cable factory according to the product features. The cable capacity of the four bases and six factories present has reached 2,500,000km, ZTT’s optical cables have been sold all over the world, more than 138 countries, more than 6,000,000 km. ZTT cables have been widely used by Telecommunication and Power Operators all over the world, such as CAT, TRUE, Qatar Telecom, Viettel, PT Telkom, HK PCCW, TIM, Axtel, Telefonica, Entel S.A. and so on. ZTT cables have been widely used in various fields, mainly including Railways, Mobile and Communication Operators, Internet Providers, Subways, Mines, Signal Acquisitions, the Military (for national defense) and so on.
