erface and NFC programming devices has been helping our customers out of the situations of purchasing too many models with low volumes and high prices. Also Upowertek is making efforts for improving the operation reliability by protections like lightning protections of 10kV level and input voltage protection up to 420Vac for 277Vac input drivers. Sales: Upowertek is working closely with hundreds of customers from all over the world especially North America, Europe and Russia. The major business is by ODM for world-famous brands. All of our sales people have technical background and great oral English skills and our fast services are usually within 24hours. R&D Center: The core team members of Upowertek is from Philips, Inventronics and Delta,and most of them are graduated with EE master degree from Zhejiang University. And the team is closely working with Zhejiang University on digital controlled power supplies. Manufacturing: The manufacturing area includes 2 buildings with over 10000 square meters. The factory has 200 workers, 5 SMT lines and 4 wave solder lines. The daily manufacturing capability is over 30kpcs. And 100% of the products shipped have the burning test of 4 hours at least. Quality Control: Product quality is strictly control by several stages. The first one is the design and component selection stage. The tier 1 semiconductor, IC solution provider (NXP, ST, Onsemi, TI) and capacitors (Rubycon and NCC) are listed in our component library. And the industrial standard design process of EVT (Evaluation Verification Test), S(Specification)VT, D(Design)VT and P(Production)VT is also adopted as our standard. And the second one is the mass production stage. CPK limit we use is 1.33 which is an industry standard for product consistency and quality. The factory has been manufacturing the power supplies for over 10 years and also ISO9001/20014 certified.

In May 2023, uPowerTek announces that BLK and SLK series 400W-1200W LED driver has been certified with RCM. BLK and SLK series have the non-isolated design. BLK series has a wide input voltage range of 100-305Vac while SLK has 180-528Vac input, ensuring it can be adapted to power grids all over the world. With its compact size, low inrush current and high-efficiency design, it supports 0-10V, DALI-2 and DMX512 dimming, and NFC programming by which users could program the output current without connecting wires or powering on the driver.

NFC programming function is also available on this new series, and users could program the output current plus other functions by NFC programmer or smartphone with NFC communication. It has compact casing and IP20 waterproof level, which can be built inside the lighting fixture.
