A buyer conversation needs more than a product catalogue.
Before Food2China Expo, Guangdong (China) Imported Food Association can help overseas partners and clients review the structure of a buyer brief. A practical version should cover the company and origin, product category and key facts, current China status, available documents, price position, packaging, shelf life, supply capacity, target channel, preferred buyer profile, and the question to test onsite.
Because the association works with domestic importer, buyer, channel, logistics, and service members, it may help partners understand buyer-selection logic and preparation gaps where appropriate. This support does not guarantee an introduction, meeting, order, or distribution outcome.
Food2China Expo 2026 brings importers, distributors, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, foodservice, and other professional channels into one exhibition setting. The brochure lists optional pre-show matching, onsite matching, and post-show service, alongside B2B imported-food matching and product-promotion activities.
Treat matching as one possible part of the visit. Also plan what products, channels, programmes, and buyer questions you want to observe independently.

Message "BUYERBRIEF" with your company, category, target channel, price position, supply information, and one buyer question. We can point you towards relevant association information or official exhibition contacts where available.
