Big updates from Huage Power’s brand-new factory site 🏭
It’s such a rewarding sight to witness our new manufacturing park taking shape step by step!
Right now, our construction crew is busy finishing the yard ground, drainage and outdoor facilities.
From silicon steel slitting, coil winding, epoxy casting to curing drying, every production link will get a larger, standardized and automated workshop space.

Big updates from our new factory site 🏭
Concrete paving for factory main roads is ongoing. All transformer production machines have arrived on site.
We’re busy installing critical supporting facilities: magnetic shielding rooms and dedicated core drying equipment.
Our new workshops are built not only for ultra-precise silicon steel cutting & stacking, with strict control over burr, dimensional & stack height tolerances but also for distribution transformers production.
More capacity, better quality for our global clients! Stay tuned for full launch.

Huage Power’s Lishui new factory hits a key milestone: core intelligent production machines including high-speed automatic winding machines & precision foil winding machines have arrived for installation and commissioning.
Covering 35,000 sq.m, the smart plant is scheduled for full production launch in Q2 2026. New automated equipment improves production efficiency by over 30% with machining precision up to ±0.1mm, upgrading coil quality and transformer short-circuit resistance greatly.
With over 20 years in transformer manufacturing, a Guangdong Specialized & Innovative Hi-tech firm, Huage supplies well-known global brands like Siemens, Hitachi Energy and GE.
