Factory Tour no.2 - to hydrogen decrepitation and air jet milling, sintering plant of Dawa Magnet, your best magnet partner.

1.After melting and casting, we have strip casting flakes.
2.Hydrogen decrepitation process break strip casting flakes into coarse powder.
3.Air jet milling then follows to break coarse powder into fine powder, ready for mold pressing.

Factory Tour to the melting&casting process, sintering plant of Dawa Magnet.

1.Dawa purchase raw materials such as Neodymium and praseodymium metal , boron metal, iron etc.

2.We then mix different metals together in terms of weight according to some formula which ultimately determines the magnetic properties of the final magnet product.

3.Then the metals are put into the melting furnace in which they go through high temperature and melt into liquid alloy.

4.The liquid alloy cool down quickly and become strip casting flakes alloy, ready for the next process.
