The xenon lamps utilize the discharge of xenon .The energy distribution approximates that of sun .They are artificial light source ,which are the most approximate to the color of sun light.
Short arc xenon lamps ,which spotlight source with very high luminosity,can radiate the continuous spectrum from ultra-violet rays minosity,small lighting body,good color rendering.They are idea light as well as light sources of optical instruments,infrered search technology,sunlight simulators and standard white light sources.
The tubular xenon lamps are mainly use as lighting sources in extensive area of harbour,public squares and stadiums,and suitable for use in photolithoprinting,cloth color test and worn-out test of plastics,rubbers medicines artifical growth equipments and opticcehemical reactions.
