Twenty years ago, Syed Abdul Wahab started Mindstec Distribution out of the garage of a rented house in Dubai.

His first hire wasn't a salesman — it was a technician. That decision tells you most of what you need to know about how this business was meant to work.

Almost nothing we distributed in 2006 exists in the same form today. Analogue gave way to IP. Boardrooms became experience spaces. Integration went from a cable schedule to a business outcome.

The technology will keep changing. The commitment to partnership will not. That was his assumption before there was a company to test it on, and twenty years of evidence hasn't given us reason to revisit it.

The brand partners who trusted us to open markets on their behalf.
The integrators and consultants who put their reputation on the line every time they specified us.
The clients who let us prove it, project after project.
And the team across our offices who did the work, most of it unseen.
