How to use vascular Doppler to test ABI TBI.

Normally you need an vascular Doppler, that is basic requirement. Second a blood pressure meter.
Operation procedure:
1 testing the systolic pressure of ankle
use our bidirectional vascular Doppler find the best position where can get great sound of blood flow on ankle. Pump until the vascular Doppler waveform disappear. Then deflate slowly, when got the first image of waveform , just record this pressure value. We named it A.
2 Testing the brachial systolic pressure value.
use our bidirectional vascular Doppler find the best position where can get great sound of blood flow on arm. Pump until the vascular Doppler waveform disappear. Then deflate slowly, when got the first image of waveform , just record this pressure value. We named it B.
A/B=ABI(ankle-brachial index)
For TBI(toe-brachial index), you almost got it. Most of procedure is the same, just testing toe systolic pressure.
But, if you wanna save the energy, you can buy an ABI,TBI vascular Doppler system, like Bestman BV-650.
