Dick has added to the Blues Brothers game software with a "Factory Reset" selection. It can happen that the game might start doing strange things if some adjustments are changed and this can lead to different problems such as: multiple balls being served/game miscounting balls/drained balls not being recognised and other ball related counting issues.

The best way to quickly resolve any 'difficult to pin down' issues is to perform a factory reset. This results in the software being reset to a known state and any legitimate problems can be more easily tracked and identified (software AND hardware).

All the files required can be downloaded by scanning the QR code below - NOTE: you will also require the Arduino free software to reprogram your MEGA in the machine. It can be downloaded here: https://www.arduino.cc/en/software/
