Financial inclusion is getting a new operating system, and we've got the person helping build it on our stage.

We are proud to welcome Tse Nui Ngu Fonguh, Commercial Director at SWYCHR, to the CITS26 Bold Stage.

With over 10 years of experience across financial management, business development, and strategic finance, Tse Nui sits at the exact intersection where finance meets technology. At SWYCHR, a Cameroon-based fintech focused on cross-border payments and digital financial services, he is driving the commercial strategy that is expanding access to innovative payment solutions across emerging markets.

At CITS26, he brings that expertise into the room, breaking down how fintech and digital infrastructure can make financial services more accessible, efficient, and connected across Africa.

Prenez votre pass. Réservez votre stand. Prenez place dans la salle.

In this excerpt from The Bold Agenda Podcast, Dadje Valere gets straight to the point — African engineering schools are still training students on first-generation technology while the rest of the world has moved on. And the gap between what schools teach and what industry actually needs is costing graduates the careers they worked for.

The fix? Let industry drive the curriculum. Not the other way around.

This is the conversation Cameroon needs to have.

The national tech agenda is being written right now. The question is who writes it.

The Bold Agenda is a public consultation, not a survey. Jobs and skills. Startup funding. Local barriers. What to build next.

Every submission goes into the roadmap presented to national leaders on the closing day of CITS26.

It takes under five minutes. It closes before the Summit.

120,000 graduates. 5% find jobs. The other 114,000 need a different path.

Entrepreneurship backed by technology is that path, but only if the ecosystem around them works.

Trained founders. Active investors. Enabling policies. Corporate market access. Diaspora investment. Schools building the right talent. Hubs that support growth. And a platform that brings it all together.

That platform is CITS26.

The bold conversations that shape Cameroon's next 10 years start 𝟭𝟱–1𝟳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 in Yaoundé.

Harmonie Essome, an investor and Afrodiaspora business networker, has spent over 15 years helping German and Swiss companies build tech ecosystems and scale.

At CITS26, she is bringing that same energy to Cameroon, alongside a delegation of tech builders and investors from Germany and Switzerland.

And as a woman in tech, Harmonie is sponsoring full summit access for 10 female-led companies. Two of those founders will join her at an exclusive gala evening for direct conversations with investors and partners.

If you are a female founder building something that solves a real problem, this is your chance to get a seat at CITS26.
