The BROS Enterprise is expanding, and our Graphic Design team is currently looking for an energetic and creative graphic designer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will use a multitude of platforms to create designs to meet the needs of our clients.
Ultimately, you will increase and broaden your experience as our environment is fast-paced.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize design assets such as fonts, images, and templates in a shared library.
Ensure proper file naming, versioning, and backups for easy retrieval by the team.
Assist in developing creative concepts and ideas for projects under the direction of senior designers or team leads.
Design and produce graphics for print materials like brochures, flyers, and posters.
Create digital content such as social media posts, banners, and email templates.
Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal for different design projects.
Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute cohesive designs.
Attend team or client meetings to understand project briefs and gather feedback.
Communicate progress and challenges effectively to supervisors and team members.
Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs.
Ensure collaboration with developers or printers to finalize designs for production.
Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and style.
Maintain consistency in typography, colors, and imagery across all projects.
Proofread designs for accuracy in layout, text, and alignment before submitting.
Test graphics across various media to ensure quality in print and digital formats.
Prepare and deliver final design files in proper formats for printing or digital platforms.
Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma effectively for design work.
Create mockups or prototypes for presentations or client approvals.
