PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
 Assurer la direction stratégique des activités numériques, superviser et diriger les opérations de vente
en ligne.
 Responsable de la génération de revenus dans les ventes numériques et de la présentation des solutions
aux clients.
 prospection, suivi des offres, suivi des prospects/clients, vente des différents produits et services de
l'entreprise, facturation, suivi et développement des contrats, gestion de la clientèle,
 collecte et mise en oeuvre de stratégies commerciales et marketing ;
 forme et encadre au quotidien son équipe commerciale : il précise ses objectifs de vente à chacun,
 suit le chiffre d'affaires, vérifie que les zones géographiques sont couvertes et que les produits ou
services sont correctement présenté aux clients ;
 analyse quotidienne des résultats de vente de tous les produits ou services ;
 développe le réseau commercial (apporteurs d'affaires, vendeurs indépendants, commerciaux, etc.) ;
 Compréhension approfondie des marchés, des clients et des concurrents afin de cibler les besoins et
de stimuler les ventes. Assurer la liaison avec les autres fonctions de l'entreprise pour assurer l'atteinte
des objectifs de vente.
 Enquêtez sur les ventes perdues et les comptes clients. Prévision du chiffre d'affaires annuel, trimestriel
et mensuel. Générez des rapports de ventes en temps opportun.
 Effectuer des études de marché, des tendances, des concurrents et des analyses de clients.
 Développer et mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles initiatives et stratégies de vente.
 Connaissance approfondie des processus de vente numériques, des plateformes numériques, des
marchés techniques, des modèles de tarification, des canaux de distribution, des tendances
technologiques, des habitudes d'achat des clients et de la budgétisation.
 Doit avoir des connaissances en publicité dans les médias, en stratégies concurrentielles, en marketing
de produits et en gestion de produits.
 Toute autre tâche requise.

Niveau d'expérience : Expérience entre 2 ans et 5 ans
Langues requises : français, anglais

We are looking for a Sales and Digital Manager (M /F) to develop our clientele in Cameroon.
Missions:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop our customer base in Cameroon.

Missions:
