A few weeks ago, a client contacted me for a photoshoot.

Apparently, she was preparing for her book launch and needed a professional headshot to produce a flyer and also use for the book cover.

They usually don't know where to keep their hands, their smile feels forced, and every picture looks unnatural. But relax, we don't judge here 😇

The good news is that you can overcome camera shyness. 👇

You don't have to look perfect in every photo. The best pictures capture genuine emotions, not perfect poses. Relax and be yourself.

2. Practice Regularly
