We need an administrative assistant to help us recruit new employees, keep track of data, process documents, ensure that all rules and regulations are fully implemented, keep the office clean and tidy, and take part in customer services.

Job Content shall include but no limited to the following:
1. Participate in staff recruitment, training, and assessment;
2. Completing regular audits and create different data reports;
3. Report issues and potential risks to superior in time to avoid loss of company;
4. Promote the implementation of regulations and orders;
5. Process documents and data as required;
6. Purchase materials for the office and control costs;
7. Keep the office environment clean;
8. Respond to messages and inquiries on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities

● Service awareness and team spirit. Supporting sales team to reach our business goals.
● Rigor, to ensure the accuracy of data and text, and have the ability to self-check and revise
● Responsiveness, maintain high responsiveness during working hours
● Results-oriented, submit the work within the specified time and be responsible for the results.
● Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding business matters, data and documents.
Requirements
1. Fluency in English and French;
2. Advanced computer skills using Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to create data reports;
3. Outstanding communication and people skills;
4. Ability to handle assignments and meet the deadlines;
5. Possess complete and continuous 3 or 4 years of university study experience and obtain a certificate;
6. Minimum 3 years experiences in Administrative/ Front Desk/ Human Resource
Compensation.
Basement 70000CFA+ Fixed Attendance 15000FCFA + Performance, Finally income range from 85,000CFA - 110,000CFA.

Office Location: Super Mache BonPrix Blockhauss, Cocody
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 Saturday 9:00-15:00
