You combine a solid background in ICT Quality Engineering, software automation and enterprise integration with a passion for AI Agents, intelligent automation, and scalable software engineering.

In this hands-on role, you'll:
- Configure, calibrate and validate AI Agents for client-specific Quality Engineering use cases
- Design orchestration flows that connect agents, automation frameworks and enterprise systems
- Build CI/CD pipelines and integrations (APIs, MCPs) for scalable, agent-ready ex*****on
- Turn successful client solutions into reusable capabilities

What you bring:
- Several years in Quality Engineering, software engineering or test automation
- Python, Java or TypeScript, plus Playwright, Selenium, pytest or similar
- Experience or strong interest in LLMs, RAG and agent orchestration
- Fluency in German and English

Last Thursday, our Austrian team laced up for the 25th Wien Energie Business Run!

For the second year in a row, Sixsentix was represented by two teams, one women's and one men's, running the Donauinsel course together.

Among more than 31,500 runners from over 1,000 companies, the field was big, but our goal was simple: have fun and enjoy every step. Mission accomplished!

It was a great chance to connect with colleagues outside the office, share some team spirit, and soak up Vienna's incredible energy. Breaking Limits, on and off the track.

Where Champions Meet

Last week, we welcomed a selected group of clients and partners to the FIFA Museum in Zurich - a place that holds countless stories of success.

The evening began with a guided tour led by Pascal Zuberbühler, former Switzerland international goalkeeper, who shared memorable moments and stories from the world of football.

We then reflected on achievements, exchanged perspectives and presented our new way of testing using AI - the Agent Business Model. It brings together Human Agents, who hold strategy and accountability, a Digital Companion that carries institutional knowledge, and AI Agents that handle ex*****on. In banking and insurance, the question was never whether AI enters quality engineering - it is who remains accountable when it does.

The evening continued over apéro, with more conversations, exchanges and time to connect.

We are looking for an AI Success Manager in QA to take end-to-end ownership of delivery for a strategic mandate with one of our key clients in Switzerland: a complex, multi-stakeholder ICT environment where high standards of delivery and quality are essential.

You own the full arc. You align with Sales and Pre-Sales on client expectations, onboard the project team, establish governance and reporting, steer ex*****on across workstreams and dependencies, and hand over to Account Management once the engagement is running to plan. You are the central point of contact for the client and our teams.

What the role requires:

- Several years of experience in ICT project management, QA/test management or technology consulting in client-facing delivery
IPMA or an equivalent project management certification; ISTQB is an advantage
- Solid command of software QA, testing and the SDLC, as well as agile delivery in client environments
- Confident communication with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Experience in banking, insurance or another regulated industry is an advantage
- Genuine interest in AI-driven Quality Engineering, which shapes how we deliver (Agent Business Model)
Fluent German and English

Willingness to work on-site at client locations across Switzerland
You will join an international consulting team spanning Switzerland, Serbia, Austria, Germany, Poland and the UAE.
