Starting 2026 with some fun! ⚡️
We asked the team for their strategic "Word of the Year", and the results were... unexpected.

We got the ambitious ones: "Velocity" or "Focus". We got the painfully honest ones: "Overthinker". We got the wishful thinkers: "Chill".
And then... one of our strategists just said "Seal"🦭 (yes, it’s one of those who cracked the ‘Octopus’ Organization” concept. There must be a pattern here 🌊).

At Brandbuch, we are a mix of all of the above. And that's exactly how we like it: Fluid. 🐙

This year was a roller coaster: High highs, fast turns, and no pause button! But through the noise, we held our course. We stood firm in who we are, while staying fluid enough to capture the culture everywhere it moved.
