🌊 This year, our Experience crew voted for Crete as their teambuilding destination, and what a choice! 🇬🇷☀️

With teammates spread across Europe, getting everyone together in one place is always a little challenge. This time, the team picked the beautiful Greek island of Crete as their meeting spot. ✈️✨

Remote work gives us the freedom to work from wherever we are, but getting together in person is something special. A few days of face-to-face collaboration, great conversations, team bonding, and, of course, some well-deserved sunshine and Mediterranean vibes. 💛

Mobile devs, stop wasting sprint capacity on setup tasks for every project: manually building style URLs, handling string-based API keys, & wrestling with 3D terrain setups. We launched the MapTiler SDK for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) to save you time.

Our SDK is pre-configured for MapTiler Cloud, so your API key, styles, and search work out of the box, and you can still use your own tile sources.

It's all released under the open BSD-3 license, so you know you're not locked in.

Ever type a destination into a delivery app only to see a clutter of duplicate results for the same city?

Raw data is full of industry-wide noise: placeholder codes, overlapping administrative zones, and bilingual duplicates. On a small screen, this extra noise forces unnecessary scrolling and can lead to abandoned orders.

Our latest data processing update filters out that noise automatically:

• Removes placeholders and bookkeeping codes
