FABRICATION OF SU-8-BASED HIGH-ASPECT-RATIO OPTRODE ARRAY INTEGRATED WITH REFLOWED GLASS LENSES USING AN OUT-OF-PLANE CONFIGURATION, Jae-Hyoung
An SU-8-based optrode array was fabricated using a simple photolithography process, and its optical and mechanical properties were evaluated. The fabricated optrode array demonstrated reliable pattern transfer at exposure wavelengths of 400 nm and above, showing potential to enhance optical coupling efficiency by minimizing alignment errors with reflowed lenses.

High-stability organic transistors based on sandwich-structured

rganic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) are regarded as highly promising candidates for next-generation
flexible electronics. However, device stability remains a major obstacle to OTFTs commercialization.

In this work,crosslinked SU8 was chosen as the primary dielectric layer for the following reasons.

i) Crosslinked SU8 is non-polar, which effectively reduces interface defects caused by polar groups and enhances the stability of transistors.
ii) Crosslinked SU8 exhibits excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and environmental friendliness.
iii) Crosslinked SU8 shows no frequency dependency, ensuring better stability and higher reliability of the OTFTs .

SU-8, a photosensitive polymer, was etched with
oxygen plasma to create grass-like nanostructures. SU-8 grass can then be used as a transfer mask to plasma etch a surface. This was demonstrated for a silicon dioxide surface using a CF4 plasma. The resulting nano-scale silicon dioxide features were larger than the SU-8 grass but were uniform across the sample surface. This technique is proposed as a way to roughen the surface of materials common in microfabrication

we successfully fabricated color conversion layers (CCLs) for full‐color‐mico‐LED display using a perovskite quantum dot (PQD)/siloxane composite by ligand exchanged PQD with silane composite followed by surface activation by an addition of halide‐anion containing salt.
In addition, due to the thin thickness of the black matrix to prevent blue light interference, the possibility of a flexible display that can be operated without damage even with a bending radius of 5 mm was demonstrated.
