🔴➡️Elanders Workers Fight for Their Rights in New Jersey ✊✊


Workers at Bergen Logistics, an subsidiary in North Bergen, NJ, are organizing to secure union representation with Workers United SEIU. Despite Elanders’ 2009 commitment to respect workers’ rights through a Global Framework Agreement, Bergen Logistics has ignored a card check request and hired anti-union consultants to undermine the organizing effort.

The workers now face a state-supervised election on January 6, with mounting interference from management. UNI Global Union has called on Elanders to honor its agreement, stop union-busting activities, and ensure workers are informed about their rights.
