Real architecture learning in Munich.

From 21 to 23 July, we held an iSAQB® CPSA-F Foundation Level training with Serkan.

The session was about how architects think: quality goals, trade-offs, limits, decisions, and the famous answer every architect knows well: “It depends.”

Thank you to all participants for your focus, questions, and active work during the training.

And thank you, Serkan, for guiding the session and bringing the topics close to real project work.

August may look quieter on the calendar, but learning does not stop.

Teams are spread across projects, holidays, and planning cycles. That makes online training a practical way to keep skills moving without losing flexibility.

At tecnovy, August brings IT training sessions to our online classrooms. Different topics, same focus: knowledge that helps people make better decisions in real project work.

Here’s what’s happening in August:

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿?

In this short clip from our tecBite webinar, Zied Chtioui explains a simple point that many teams miss.

The most expensive moment to review an agent-based system is after it has already built the wrong thing.

When AI agents plan, choose, and act, architects need to ask the hard questions early:

🔺What are we locking ourselves into?
🔺Where could the system fail silently?
🔺What limits and feedback loops do we need before the agent starts?

That is where software architecture matters again.

Modern IT environments are changing quickly. Cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity are becoming more connected, creating new challenges for teams.

The question is no longer only about having the right tools.
It is about having people who can understand systems, evaluate decisions, and manage complexity.

In our latest True or False carousel, we look at a common belief:
“More tools and platforms will solve growing system complexity.”

The reality is more complex.
Architecture and system thinking are becoming key capabilities for organizations preparing for the future of IT.

July shows where tecnovy is heading.

More cities. More formats. More people learning together.

This month, our training calendar reaches Cologne, Milan, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, Amsterdam, Munich, Hamburg, and online.

With English, Italian and German sessions, participants can choose the format and location that fit their work, team, and schedule.

Very nice outcome of our latest iSAQB® CPSA-F training online by Zied Chtioui.

Everyone succeeded in passing the exam and got a 100% success rate. 🎉

However, CPSA-F is not just preparation for the certification.

Training will also help participants understand the correct mindset of a software architect – structuring thinking, decision making, communication of compromises and analysis of the system from various angles.

Many thanks to Zied for conducting the training with detailed explanations and his software architect experience.

Congrats to all participants on such excellent result.

Can AI help create test cases without making testing less human?

In this short clip from our tecBites webinar, Dan Bucureanu shows how Claude Code can support test automation when the prompts are clear and the task is well framed.

The example moves from instructions to test cases, page objects, and test data. Not as a magic shortcut, but as a practical way to show what Generative AI can do in QA work.

For testers, QA engineers, developers, and test managers, the message is clear:

AI can help, but the quality still starts with your thinking, your structure, and your testing knowledge.

A 5-star review that says a lot in just a few words.

Thank you, Jakob Albrecht, for your feedback.

For us, good training means more than going through slides.
It means
➡️ clear structure
➡️ active learning
➡️ room for real questions
➡️ and answers that make sense in daily project work.

That is exactly what we want every participant to take from a tecnovy training.

AI is getting better.
The harder question is whether businesses are getting better at using it.

This month's Tectrail explores what happens after the hype.
🔹Billions invested, but little business value
🔹Why Ford brought engineers back after relying on AI
🔹The hidden cost of disconnected AI projects
🔹Why AI sovereignty is becoming a business issue
🔹A German court reshapes responsibility for AI-generated answers

The next AI advantage will not come from using more tools.
It will come from using them better.
