From March 27th to 29th, 2026, Klangschloss in Greifensee will once again open its castle gates and invite you to immerse yourself in the captivating world of high-end sound and audiophile innovations.

Weiss will present their latest creation at this special event: the Livebox. The Livebox, in addition to its elegant design, creates a soundstage that extends far beyond its physical dimensions. Experience music like never before!

Moreover, you can expect an introduction to sound optimisation in your own living room and a demonstration of room correction technology, illustrating how flexible the perfect sound reproduction can be integrated into your home.

Join us in the grand castle hall, number 9, at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 4:00 PM for the Livebox listening experience. At 2:00 PM, you can also enjoy the daily Landenberg session-stream in high-quality audio via the Livebox.

Illusonic Processors (IAP) 10.4 Pre-Release

Just in time for the Klangschloss Hi-Fi exhibition, we finished a release candidate for Firmware/Software Version 10.4. This update works on all IAP models, from IAP 16 legacy from 2012 to the latest IAP mk3 models.

In a nutshell:

IAP Calibration software now features Auto-EQ, which automatically computes equalizers, different modules of Auto-EQ can be enabled:
– room resonances
– spectral flatness
– inter-channel alignment in sweet spot
- room curve

Auto-EQ works on any number of loudspeakers and measurement positions.

IAP Calibration software now features Auto-Clarity, which automatically optimizes all parameters of Clarity. We realized over time that we are always optimizing Clarity for customers the same way. This has now been automated.

On customer request, we added a new loudspeaker format to IAP 4 models: "3+1", that is, 3-channel stereo (L-R-C), where C uses active crossover. IAP 8 and 16 were already able to handle this before.

We have put our decade-long manual room EQ experience into an automatic room EQ algorithm!

After several years of development a first pre-release is ready.

The algorithm is implemented as a small dependency-free C-library and can be integrated into professional, but also very modest, products.
