Diwali, known as the "Festival of Lights," is among India’s most beloved festivals, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. In the days leading up to Diwali, homes are meticulously cleaned and decorated with colorful rangoli designs, fresh flowers, and sparkling lights. On Diwali day, people dress in traditional attire, light oil lamps (diyas) to brighten their homes, and offer prayers to Goddess Lakshmi, seeking prosperity and blessings for the year ahead. Here at Temenos, Diwali unites people from diverse backgrounds in a celebration of joy and cultural heritage. At our offices in India, the Diwali festivities included the distribution of gifts as a token of appreciation, and embraced the spirit of the festival by wearing colorful ethnic attire. Happy Diwali!

At Temenos, we are committed to working for the benefit of the communities around us. Today, our spent the day at CONIL Secondary School, a UNESCO school founded by the CONIL Association in Bucharest, engaging in a Virtual Reality (VR) classroom set up by Temenos for students with special educational needs. The room was filled with joy and excitement as VR brought everyone together for a meaningful cause.

We're proud of our in Romania, who participated in the Color Run Night Edition, promoting health, happiness, and community engagement! Alongside the local community, our employees ran, laughed, and lit up the night with vibrant colors as they completed the race. Our rose to the challenge during Wellbeing Week! 500 employees joined our virtual fitness challenge, logging more than 7,000 hours of exercise! 🏃‍♂️ 🏋‍♀️ 🏆 Our offices also ran wellbeing events, gathering 1,500 employees for fun activities like axe throwing in Spain, running events in India, escape the room challenges in Athens and London, and a forest run in Kenya!
