Beachcomber Domaine Royal Palm Marrakech

Beachcomber Royal Palm Marrakech is a five-star plus hotel with a total of 400 suites and villas which features 135 exquisite suites and villas set within a vast estate lying at the foot of the Atlas mountain range.

A tailor-made solution, consists of customized Room Control Unit (RCU) system and specially designed wall panels, has been offered to client. Multiple circuits in guestrooms and over a number of 80 circuits in the Presidential Suite equipped with SkyNET automation control system, allow client to master the room scene settings, monitor energy consumption or notify room occupancy status through the central server. Client can create a broad range of scenes with control of lighting, curtains, climate or other desired devices. Guests can switch to ones’ desired scenarios by just a simple touch on the user-friendly wall panel. The smart master switch in each room serves guests with convenience and saves client from excessive energy consumption.

Citygrow’s Room Control Unit (RCU) system satisfies client with up-to-date guestroom control elements. To cope with client’s design integration, replacement of guestroom doorbell switches as well as the wall panels in all rooms and the foyer, serving with ZigBeeNET wireless control system allows client to smartly centralize the guestrooms control, master lighting scenarios and obtain room occupancy status. Guests can switch to their own favourite scenarios from the available scenes, by just a simple touch on the wall panels. Peak Villa Hong Kong
This villa is located at one of the most luxurious area, the Peak, in Hong Kong. All the 3 houses and 10 apartments in the villa are serving with Citygrow's ZigbeeNET wireless automation system. Due to the nature of these residential premises are available for rental only, the landlord only provides basic lighting control as former solution. However, with ZigbeeNET wireless automation system, tenants can add and modify all lighting, curtain and others circuits, or even expand with air-conditioner control and AV control to best suit ones' preference. This flexible ZigbeeNET solution is compatible all devices operating with 220VAC power supply and it can also be merged with the existing system, utilizing the existing wall mount panel.

Hotel Madera Hong Kong – Hong Kong
Hotel Madera Hong Kong is the first iconic boutique hotel located in Jordan. There are 89 rooms and suites in different themes and colours, designed to allow visitors experiencing a haven that feels like home in a comfortable and fresh atmosphere.

Client can master the room scene settings, monitor energy consumption or notify room occupancy status through the ZigBeeNET wireless control system with a tailored Room Control Unit (RCU). The system allows client to create and centralize a variety of scenes with control of lighting, curtains or other desired devices. Room guests can experience a warm sense of greeting by the preset welcome scene and can choose their own favourite scenarios from the available scenes, by just a simple touch on the wall panel. Due to client specially concerned about climate control to ensuring guests’ comfort, two thermostats have been attentively installed in every room, at the entrance area and at the bedside, allowing guests to adjust the temperature conveniently. Additionally, aiming to maintain the ventilation and humidity of the room as well as to save much energy for operating the air-conditioner system, the fan coil unit (FCU) will be operating for 15 minutes at 25-degree, low-fan operation for every 2 hours once the keycard is removed.

To best suit the hotel’s specific design element, all control panels and labeling used in the rooms are tailor-made according to client’s preferences.
