In the quest to qualify the ITER European batch of toroidal field coils, SENIS maps the field around the 'D' shaped giant toroidal coils for the ITER project.

SENIS Group, Switzerland was assigned by ASG Superconductors S.p.A. to participate in the ITER project and thanks Dr. Alberto Barutti of ASG and his team for this collaboration.

is honoured to be part of the project. HITRIplus - Heavy Ion Therapy Research Integration is a EU-funded project that aims to develop the next generation with heavy ion beams.
SENIS participates in the work package with CERN, CIEMAT, Upsala University to design and build the magnetic field measurement system of the accelerators. The magnetic field measurements will be performed with the SENIS high accuracy 3-axis teslameters.
Seeing the benefit of particle therapy with heavy ion beams to cancer patients gives importance and meaning to this project.
