Brother MFC-L3750CDW A4 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer - White.

This printer is 2 years old and is in very good working order. The quality of print is great. Please see picture of the prints done, parts life and test print showing the quality.
There are some marks but nothing major and may come off with a little tlc.
I have given the printer a good clean and parts serviced.
Included in the sale is a full set of the quality compatible high capacity TN247 high capacity toners - so one each of: black, cyan, magenta and yellow. These toners will already be in the printer.

Also included is a 3 month warranty. This is one of the best printers we have in and we don’t foresee any issues. Should your printer stop working within 3 months from your purchase date we will arrange with you to swap it.

It’s a great printer. We have them ourselves. We
Are selling these on behalf of our customer who no longer require them as they have moved on to very large copiers on contract given their business expansion.

Excuse the patchy carpets, just cleaned them & they are still wet.

**TOWN CENTRE OFFICE WITH PARKING ONLY £425 PER MONTH INCLUDES FURNITURE**
There’s a tambour unit still to go in the office.

✅Huddersfield Town Centre Office. Situated in a cul de sac making it easy for customers to visit by foot or car.
✅1 Parking space in the private car park.
✅Fast secure internet with your own router.
✅Furniture as pictured (plus a tambour unit which is being taken upstairs tomorrow) - you can easily fit more desks in so if you needed more desks and chairs we can sort something out).
✅Kitchenette.
✅Waiting area with 4 chairs on the landing.
✅Great atmosphere. All current tenants are great. We are a smaller business centre with only 7 offices. We all look out for each other.
✅Staff Room / Meeting Room with large conference table & 8 chairs available for hire at no cost to you (subject to availability & fair use).
✅Available to move in immediately.
✅No VAT on all rent invoices.

Includes all bills except you will be required to pay 1/5 of the gas & electric bills, currently averaging under £50 per month. We’ve been lucky enough to get locked into a contract 2 years ago that doesn’t end until August 2024!
