Now this one might seem a little crazy! 🥴🤣

I almost forgot to finish it... Started it back in January, but has been sitting without a background since. Feels good to add it to the completed pile, and I'm pretty stoked about how it turned out too!

This was inspired by a lyric from "Race to the Bottom" by . An amazing song by a true poet.

Re-watching 's "Vikings" lately got me inspired to do yet another ship in a bottle! This time with a viking longship, flying the raven banner of Ragnar Lothbrok on its sail.
I also decided to use a much different color scheme this time to give it a more chaotic feel. ⚔

He's a goose... the kind that lays the golden eggs.

Been wanting to try out this chrome technique for a while now. I've seen some awesome chrome eagle and panther tattoos recently and thought I'd put my own spin on it.
-
So I gave it a shot, and whipped up a Canada goose. A shiny ass, chromed out, golden Canada goose.

What do you think of the gold effect?

I seem to like drawing these clipper ships, and wanted to study some true traditional, so I sketched this up with my markers, based on a design I saw recently...Learning from the masters, you could say.

I might have to bust out the watercolours and do another one though. Needs more contrast... more BLACK! 🖤🖤🖤

"On the eleventh hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, their guns fell silent...and on that day, we will remember them."

I put the finishing touches on this 8.5x11" watercolour ink painting today, which I'm going to call "Moment of Silence." I began the final draft yesterday to commemorate Remeberance Day 2019, and although it took until today to finalize all of my ideas into one piece (which admittedly, there are many, and the design is perhaps just a little busy), that's ok. The point is to show our appreciation...and I think we can be grateful for the sacrifices made by these fine men, every single day.
