If you don't have a 9-to-5 to fall back on, your schedule is only as good as the system you build for yourself.
Nobody hands entrepreneurs a schedule. You have to build your own, and most people build it around the clock instead of around themselves.
Try building your day around anchors instead. A few fixed points, a deep work block, a client block, a shutdown routine, and let everything else move around them.
Put your hardest work in your highest energy window, not whichever gap happens to be free.
I've run my business this way since 2017. It's the difference between a full day and a productive one.
How do you structure your day? I'd love to hear what works for you.
