If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from MNSi offering an upgraded router (for purchase or otherwise) or any other services, please verify it’s really us.

We’ve received reports of scammers impersonating MNSi and asking customers to call a different number for a supposed router upgrade. We would only ask you to call us at one of these two numbers for residential customers:
• 519-258-2333
• 1-888-310-6674

If anyone asks you to call a different number, consider it a red flag🚩🚩🚩. Hang up and call us directly, and we can quickly confirm whether the call was legitimate.
