Yummy boule of crusty white bread I just made 🤤😋
One of the easiest recipes ever

488g bread flour (3 1/4 cups)
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 T honey
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cups warm water

Let the yeast, honey and warm water sit in a bowl together until it gets bubbly. Then mix in the flour + salt. Knead by hand or with mixer until the dough is smooth & elastic. Cover & let rise in a bowl until doubled. Shape it into a ball & let rise for about 40 more minutes uncovered. Bake @ 400F for about 30 mins (should make a hollow sound when you knock on it) and put a pan with 2c of water underneath it in the oven to get the crispy outside.
