I want to take a moment to address the recent allegations regarding my business and the unfortunate incident that occurred. I am unable to reply to any of those violent comments or allegations I am blocked and he doesn't want the truth known. As many of you know, I have been dedicated to providing quality service and maintaining a positive environment for our customers for years. The happiness and satisfaction of my clients have always been my top priority.
It is disheartening to hear claims suggesting that I would ever rip off a customer or instigate a fight. In this particular situation, it was clear that tensions were escalating, and I was simply trying to de-escalate the situation by removing him from the store because he was threatening to call his boys over to deal with me. I have camera footage of him doing so. I believe in resolving conflicts peacefully and respectfully.
