ederal funding through Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) on March 31, 2026. While the funding model is changing, Raven ReCentre says the work itself is not ending—in fact, it is expanding. By bringing the program fully under Raven ReCentre's wing, Raven ReTek will continue refurbishing and redistributing computers while broadening access to affordable technology for Yukoners who may not have previously qualified under federal program guidelines. For many years, Computers for Schools Yukon (CFSY) provided refurbished devices to students, schools, non-profit organizations, low-income residents, indigenous communities, youth, and underserved populations. Under Raven ReTek, that mission will continue while creating new opportunities to support newcomers, job seekers, rural
communities, and any Yukoner interested in affordable, refurbished technology.
