Our Response to the Current Public Health Emergency:
As a local student-run small business, we pay great attention to the health and safety of you, our clients and our partners and continue to ensure that our operations run in a safe manner. We are continuing to monitor the evolving health situation and are continuing to ensure that our services keep your best interests in mind.
Our team wanted to reach out to you today to update you on what Kings Phone Repair is doing to help keep you safe during your device servicing.
Health, Safety and Sanitation - Our staff continue to practice regular sanitation procedures between every repair. This includes sanitizing all devices, tools and all other materials, before and after repairs. This also includes staff members regularly washing their hands, especially in between meetings with clients, after handling tools and devices and also after dealing with cash transactions. Throughout the past day, we have replaced some of our smaller and more frequently used tools and equipment and will continue to do this every few days.
Awareness: We continue to ask our customers to wash their hands and sanitize their devices before dropping them off. This is to ensure that all interactions between staff, team-members and clients are done in the safest ways possible.
Education: We are continuing to follow the guidance of the Government of Canada, the Province, the World Health Organization and other public health officials in order to ensure that we provide our services in the safest means possible. We also continue to change our policies and procedures as guidance from public health officials continues to change.
Thank you for you patience and cooperation during this unsettling time. Our team will continue to provide excellent customer service, answering all of your questions, as well as continuing to practice proper sanitization procedures.
