The Paladin's hammer does more than just break and create blocks. It also lets you slow down when falling and pull yourself across small gaps without jumping!

- Limit FPS to 30 Hz when menus are shown to reduce power usage

- Dragon turning animation cleanup
- Fixed Skulls so they no longer get stuck when turning
