On July 4th, 2014 - FreshWorks Studio was first incorporated. For a while afterwards, the ‘team’ was just 2 humble and ambitious founders working off of hand-me-down laptops and surviving on $5 footlongs.
In 2022, we now have a team of over 100 people, speak 32 languages, and have outgrown 3 offices. We have worked on hundreds of projects that have had significant social impact on people in BC, Alberta, and even across Canada. Along the way, we have remained true to our mission: to create value and solve problems through remarkable digital experiences.
Today, 8 years since our founding (almost to the day) marks the start of the next chapter in our journey.
We are excited to announce that FreshWorks Studio is joining forces with EY Canada. More specifically, we are joining EY Design Studio - a group of specialized experts that work with human-centred methodologies and cutting-edge tools to create transformative digital experiences. This is an incredible opportunity for us to accelerate the timeline of our vision to create Canada’s premier digital agency.
Our combined forces will create a coast-to-coast presence. FreshWorks Studio and EY Design Studio have both been successful in delivering digital modernization to citizens and users across Canada. By leveraging the local and global network of multi-disciplinary experts at EY we are excited at the prospects this provides for us to drive even greater innovation and growth for the clients and partners we work with.
From our roots as a small immigrant-founded start-up to this monumental update, our team could not be more excited to work alongside our now larger team to expand our reach and service offerings to become a truly end-to-end technology partner.
