Important Update: Microsoft Publisher is Retiring

Microsoft is officially retiring MS365 subscriber access to MS Publisher this Thursday, Oct 1st, 2026. (perpetual licences will end on Oct 13th, 2026)

We recommend taking action immediately as you will not be able to open MS Publisher files after these dates.

Preserve Your Files: Convert your existing files or use "Save As" to export them as PDFs so you can still easily reference them after the cutoff.

Switch to Alternatives: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are excellent built-in options, alongside other third-party design platforms.
