✨ Meet the Founder — Connie Good ✨

I never really thought anyone would care why I created Resonate Wellness… but here’s my story.
I began my journey in healthcare as a care aide in 2003, eventually becoming a nurse. I’ve always loved caring for people and learning everything I could about health and wellness.

Before that, though — I was a crazy horse girl. 🐎
From my teenage years, I traveled and competed with my horses, and I quickly learned something important: performance and wellbeing go hand in hand. For both horses and humans, optimal health matters.

We were constantly exploring better nutrition, recovery tools, and techniques to help our horses feel and perform their best. That’s where I was first introduced to frequency-based therapies — red light, PEMF, and more — and I saw firsthand how powerful they were for recovery and maintenance.

As I continued my education working with people, I noticed something surprising:
these technologies were barely being used for humans. Considered pseudoscience.

In 2018, everything changed.
A severe back injury followed by kidney issues, migraines, and a growing anxiety I couldn’t control. Western medicine had no real solutions — unless I was willing to live on pharmaceuticals long-term.

I knew that wasn’t my path.
I wanted my life back. I wanted me back.

Through a friend’s suggestion, I tried the Harmonic Egg. I remember thinking, why not? I was desperate for relief and open to anything.

And it changed everything.

The Harmonic Egg calmed my nervous system and created space — space between the chaos — so my body could finally begin to heal.

Today, my quality of life is better than it was before my injury. My relationships, my body, my nervous system, and my mental health have all transformed.
That experience is why I purchased a Harmonic Egg — to bring this therapy to others.

Because I truly believe this:
without nervous system regulation, healing simply can’t occur.
