Question 1) Is there anyway you could post the ELD submission receipt to TC?
There is an NDA in place between Comdriver and Ultrack that prohibits us from posting any and all communication between the parties.
Question 2) How is communication between TC and Comdriver conducted and frequency.
We are not privy to the information regarding the frequency of communication be-tween Comdriver and TC. I can assume that their communication is conducted via emails and telephone conversations.
Can we get an official memo from com driver backing the 92% completion of verification
The NDA prohibits such communication of information. Regarding the completion percentage, it was ascertained by dividing the completed tests by total tests (which we can view via our testing portal with Comdriver).
Question 3) What is one good thing and one bad thing about the ELD in Comdrivers eyes.

Question 4) What protocols does TC have in place to deal with the clarification issues in their evaluation process to deal with this ELD cert delay?
We are not privy to this information.
Question 5) Do you still have the same amount of clients lined up as before the ELD delay?
Yes, and we continue to have multiple inquiries.
Question 6) status with the trucking company that was bought 9 month ago . How good was this addition and what you plan to do with its… explain to share holders
We signed an MOU to acquire Power Moves Transport, Inc. Unfortunately, we have not closed on this acquisition to date and will update shareholders on any further developments with Power Moves Transport, Inc.
Question 7) Provide share holder ultrack vision on Mloan addition ? and how it will grow ultrack business give us
MLoan is a truck financing company with favourable existing relationships. It is our intention to 1) offer our tracking services as part of the financing package and 2) expand the financing division throughout North America. Additional information will be disclosed throughout 2022 and 2023.
Question 8) per tracker ??? Ultrack talked about it and we have not heard any update … product status has it been launched is it selling and if so where and if not what is the cause of delay
In-house testing has been completed along with finalizing the required hardware. We have engaged a third-party company to complete the housing component.
Question 9 ) how many employees Ultrack currently have ? Provide run down and status on the office in Alberta that was opened about a year ago …
The Company currently has 6 employees/contractors/consultants. We will focusing on expanding the presence of our Calgary office during Q4, 2022 and Q1, 2023.
