I’M DEAD is a free mobile app born in 2023 from the brilliantly inventive ima

gination of our Founder & CEO, Alex Gens. She realized that, beyond hiring a lawyer to create a legal will, there were few simple, accessible, or affordable tools for end-of-life planning —and she felt a responsibility to give a younger audience a way to document their wishes so their voices could be heard and respected. I’M DEAD is approachable, intuitive, and designed for people who may not yet have many assets but still want to plan ahead. With the app, you can plan every detail of life’s final chapter: decide what happens to your body with Body Stuff, organize your celebration of life with Party Kit, and securely store important information with Last Wishes. After carefully developing the app throughout 2024, we went full throttle in early 2025 to launch it for November 2025 —completely free! I’M DEAD blends compassion, humor, love, personality, and just a touch of morbid curiosity, serving as an end-of-life planning tool right in your pocket that ensures your peace of mind, your voice heard, your final wishes respected, and your long-lasting legacy remembered forever.
