Hackers have been targeting this WordPress plugin for months, and they haven’t stopped.

If your website uses Everest Forms Pro, it’s worth checking whether you’re running the latest version. Security researchers are reporting active attacks that could allow hackers to create administrator accounts, run malicious code, and potentially take control of vulnerable websites. More than 29,000 attack attempts have already been blocked.

Stories like this are a good reminder that websites need ongoing maintenance. New vulnerabilities are discovered all the time, and attackers are constantly looking for websites running outdated software.

X (Twitter) added new posting limits for unverified accounts, and while most of us probably won’t hit those limits, the update says a lot about where the platform is heading. This latest change definitely leans further into pay-to-play territory.

We’ve been seeing more people question whether the time and energy they put into X still matches the return they’re getting from it.

This one button will save you from Instagram’s latest update.

If you tried Instagram’s new “Instants” feature and panicked because your photo was sent immediately after hitting capture… there’s actually an UNDO button.

And surprisingly, a lot of people still don’t know you can also add captions to your Instants. Instagram doesn’t make it obvious at all; it’s one of those hidden features you kind of discover by accident.

Instagram just rolled out a new feature called Instants, and it’s definitely one of those updates where you’ll want to know how it works before you accidentally send something. 😅

We’ve put together a quick walkthrough on what Instants are, how to post your own, and how to turn them off (if this feature isn’t your thing).

For small businesses, we can already see a few practical ways this could work well:
• Surprise restocks before products sell out
• Today’s featured meal at your cafe or restaurant
• Quick behind-the-scenes setup updates before an event
• Fast work-in-progress updates while creating something new

Because Instants disappear after 24 hours and can’t be revisited or screenshotted after viewing, they work best for quick, in-the-moment updates.
