Any 007 fans out there?

We're great at installing public art, but we're pretty good at building it, too. This is just one of several cultural assets that we're working on.

The letters we were building have been stripped of their vibrant vinyl graphics. From tremendous colour to Greek Med White (that's our pitch for a new Pantone colour; sorry, Sherwin-Williams Greek Villa SW 7551). Guesses as to what these letters spelled? Hint: did you do the half-marathon this past weekend?

You never know where the fun projects are going to come from. Glad to help get the message out about the only things that should be flushed: "P*e, poo, and toilet paper (and yes, bodily fluids) are the only things that are safe to flush. Our toilets and sewer systems weren’t designed to handle anything else." GNW built and painted the structure, and did the graphics.

GNW has fabricated and installed signage of all sorts over the years.

GNW has a huge gig underway and have lots of opportunities for carps, drivers, and grips. Some early calls and weekend work possibilities. Reach out now to [email protected]/ and we can get you started pretty much immediately!

With all the bespoke pieces we build for clients, we often think of ourselves as "prototypers," if that's a word. Figure out the process, work out the bugs, then go for it. Kind of like "measure twice, cut once." (Fun fact: a former boss in another industry got that expression backwards. Caused some issues.)

Very cool!

The TSN broadcast centre at Jack Poole Plaza will be busy today with the big game at BC Place. Cool to see the set and the production and scaffolding infrastructure in this photo.
