Here's my netClé I've been working on customizing. They are Free and available only until Feb 28! It is a device I use instead of a mouse because of the severe pain in my hands. There are lots of other reasons a mouse may not work for you, and a netClé might be worth trying.

So far we've added non-slip liner and a dish tray from the dollar store to keep everything contained and to prevent anything from slipping around. One other thing we've thought about would be attaching each component directly to the tray using industrial strength velcro since things are still slipping somewhat.

If you'd like your own free netClé you can sign up below. NetClés are highly customizable and come with different attachments depending on your needs.

We're also looking for volunteers to help set netclés up. If you like DIY projects you might like this opportunity. If you're interested in volunteering, you can sign up here:

He's white, he has short brown hair and a beard, and he's wearing glasses and a grey sweatshirt with a pixelated pattern. On the wheelchair tray is a smaller tray with a large joystick and a small joystick as well as two boxes with lights and some cords. Andrew's hands rest on the joysticks. “I call it my everything because I use it for everything, for my specific needs: to make my day easier, more functional, less exhausting.”

Check out this table made for a Tetra client in Vancouver. When this table was made, the client had just moved into a new apartment and encountered a number of obstacles with food preparation and other household activities. Contacting Tetra, the client worked with a volunteer, Ron, who designed a ‘T’ shaped base which ensured the client could maneuver the table between her wheelchair and the fridge, and independently adjust the height and tilt of the table. Each modification worked together to ensure that the client had full access to their kitchen and supported meal preparation and independent living.
