🎓 What if work-integrated learning wasn't something only a few students experienced, but something every learner had access to?

In a new article for Arizona State University's National Work-integrated Learning Accelerator (NWILA), our Co-Founder & CEO, Dana Stephenson, shares his vision for the future of higher education and employer engagement.

His message is clear: preparing students for the workforce shouldn't rely solely on traditional internships.

Instead, institutions should build learning experiences that connect students with real employers through projects, employer challenges, mentoring, consulting experiences, and other hands-on opportunities throughout their education.

Creating universal access to work-integrated learning requires more than great programs—it requires the infrastructure to make these opportunities sustainable and scalable for everyone.
